LTLoadGeoElevationLL

LTLoadGeoElevationLL[swLL,neLL]
	fetches elevation from GeoElevationData for the latitude/longitude bounding box between swLL and neLL and gives a terrain Association carrying a lat/lon origin, so exports to OSGB36 and EPSG grids are available. Options are "SampleDistance", "CoordMode", "GridSW" and "GridNE" to label the plan axes in a national grid, and "ZoomLevel". Requires an internet connection.

Unlike LTLoadGeoElevation, this records a latitude/longitude origin on the terrain, which is what OSGB36 and EPSG coordinate exports need. Without one, those exports fail with a "No originLL" message and only the Local grid option is available.

Set "GridSW" and "GridNE" to label the plan axes in a national grid rather than local metres.
