LTExportSectionsDXF

LTExportSectionsDXF[terrain]
exports the cross-sections to LT_Sections.dxf.

LTExportSectionsDXF[terrain,file,fromCh,toCh,dCh,gap,margin]
exports every section from fromCh to toCh at interval dCh into one CAD-ready file, spaced gap apart with margin beyond each toe. Coordinates are true-scale metres, and each section carries GROUND_ChN, DESIGN_ChN and SCALE_ChN layers; no TEXT entities are written.

Details and Options
▪
Coordinates are real-world metres throughout; no drawing-scale conversion is needed.
▪
Each section carries a ruler on its own SCALE_ChN layer, drawn just below the section's lowest point, where N is the rounded chainage. A baseline spans the exported width; minor ticks fall at a round interval auto-chosen from 0.2, 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100 m so roughly 8 to 20 ticks appear; every fifth tick is taller; a taller tick marks the centreline; and the tallest ticks mark the section's true left and right toe.
▪
Marking the true toes geometrically means the width that actually controls the design is identifiable without a printed number.
▪
Ground and design lines are clipped to that same true-toe-plus-margin width, so a DXF section matches what the PDF export and the on-screen viewer show for the same chainage -- not the batter's raw, uncorrected maximum search width.
▪
No TEXT entities are written, and the file is DXF R12 (AC1009), for the same reasons as LTExportPlanDXF.
