The three yellow cells form an XYZwing with common candidate 8. When 8 is not in R1C2, then 1 is in R1C2 and thus we have a pair 4, 8 in the cells R4C1 and R4C2. Therefore the candidate 8 must be placed in one of the three yellow cells and can be removed form all cells that see the three yellow cells, in particular from R5C2.
