The 7 yellow cells are the only cells in the columns 1, 3 and 6 with candidate 6. Moreover, these cells are in only three rows, 1, 4 and 8. It follows that in each of these rows the candidate 6 has to be placed in one of the yellow cells, and therefore can be removed from all other cells in these rows.
