In row 4 (or block 4), the candidates 2 and 3 turn up only in the two yellow cells R4C1 and R4C2, and therefore have to be placed in these cells. The other candidates can be removed.
Similarly, in block 6 the candidates 4 and 6 can only be placed in the yellow cells R5C8 and R6R9. The other candidates can be removed.
