The four yellow cells are the only cells in the columns 4 and 5 with candidate 4. Moreover, these cells are in only two rows, 6 and 8. It follows that in each of these rows the candidate 4 has to be placed in one of the yellow cells, and therefore can be removed from all other cells in these rows.
