FlowNet

FlowNet
[sol,opts]
draws the flow net for a solution from
SeepageSolve
or
SeepageUnconfined
.

Details and Options
▪
The phreatic surface and unsaturated zone are drawn automatically when sol comes from
SeepageUnconfined
.
▪
The following options can be given:
"PotentialDrops"
10
Number of equal head drops Nd used for the equipotential contours.
"FlowChannels"
Automatic
Number of flow channels Nf between streamline contours; Automatic chooses Nf so the net is square (equal aspect) in "SquareNetLayer".
"SquareNetLayer"
1
Index of the layer whose conductivity is used as the reference when "FlowChannels" ->
Automatic
.
"ShowVelocity"
False
Accepted but currently has no effect on the plot; reserved for a future velocity-vector overlay.
"WaterLevels"
{}
{{level, {x1, x2}}, ...}: draws free-water surfaces, including standing water above ground, as a line with a water-table marker.
"EquipotentialStyle"
Directive
[
RGBColor
[0.75,0.2,0.15],
AbsoluteThickness
[1.2]]
Line style used for the equipotential (constant-head) contours.
"StreamlineStyle"
Directive
[
RGBColor
[0.1,0.35,0.7],
AbsoluteThickness
[1.2]]
Line style used for the flow-line (constant-ψ) contours.
"LayerColors"
Automatic
Fill colors for the layer polygons;
Automatic
blends from light to dark across the layer list.
▪
Also accepts any
Graphics
option, e.g.
ImageSize
or
PlotRange
.
