will create the directory specified by
path
if it does not already exist.

If

exists and is not empty,
GitInit
will fail unless
"Overwrite"
True
is specified.
▪
If a repository cannot be initialized, then
GitInit
will return
$Failed
.
▪
GitInit
takes the following options:
"Bare"
False
whether to create a bare repository
"Description"
None
a textual description to be written into the repo's "description" file
"Overwrite"
False
whether to overwrite an existing repository
"WorkingDirectory"
None
the path for the working directory, or
None
to use the repo directory as the working directory
