fetches and updates the tags and remote tracking branches from

Details

GitFetch
returns
Null
if it succeeds or
$Failed
otherwise.
▪
remote
must be a valid remote for
repo
. This can be checked using
GitRemoteQ
.
▪
GitFetch
uses the default option setting
"Prune"
Automatic
to specify that remote tracking branches should be pruned if they no longer exist on
remote
only if specified in git's default config options. You can override this setting by specifying a value of
True
or
False
for the
"Prune"
option.
