Find the ellipsoidal loci of the quartiles of matrix

ResourceFunction["EllipsoidQuartiles"][matrix]

gives the ellipsoidal loci of the quartiles of matrix.

Details and Options

ResourceFunction["EllipsoidQuartiles"][matrix] gives a list of the loci of the .25, .5 and .75 quantiles of matrix.
ResourceFunction["EllipsoidQuartiles"][matrix] returns a list of Ellipsoid objects centered at Mean[matrix].
The semi-axes' radii are scaled to contain the fractions .25, .5 and .75 of the sample space.
ResourceFunction["EllipsoidQuartiles"][{x1,,xn}] is equivalent to EllipsoidQuantile[{x1,,xn},{.25,.5,.75}].
