ResourceFunction["RowSpaceBasis"][mat] returns the reduced-echelon basis of the row space of mat. |
Compute the row space basis of an input matrix:

Check that the reduced echelon forms have the same nonzero vectors:

Define a matrix with complex entries:

Find the row space basis of it:
