Noninverting Amplifier
A noninverting amplifier is an operational amplifier where the output voltage changes in the same direction as the input voltage. An operational amplifier (often op-amp or opamp) is a DC-coupled, high-gain electronic voltage amplifier with a differential input and, usually, a single-ended output.
The voltage gain equals 1 plus the ratio resistances in the amplifier. The output voltage equals the input voltage times 1 plus the ratio resistances in the amplifier.
