Thank you for contributing your work to the Wolfram Resource System (“the System”).

All submitted material (“Submissions”) to Wolfram Research, Inc. (“WRI”) will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. WRI will not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Submissions.

By submitting your Submissions, You represent that You are the sole owner of all rights in the content associated with your Submission, or that You have otherwise the absolute and undisputed right and license to use it in the Repository.

For submissions that include the option to supply License Information: You understand and agree that any license restrictions, terms of use or other limitations associated with the content in the Submission will be set forth in the “License Information” field for display to users of the Repository. You will not assert any more restrictive license in the Submission than was attached to the content when You obtained or acquired it.

You agree to indemnify and hold WRI harmless from and against any loss, liability, claim or damage sustained by WRI as a result of a claim or allegation that your Submission: (i) infringes any patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark or other intellectual property right of any third party; (ii) violates the ownership or privacy rights of any third party; or (iii) is illegal or offensive.

While You will retain any rights, ownership or copyright that You have in the Submission, You understand and agree that the content and other material You submit shall become part of a compilation, and that WRI will own the compilation copyright.

Further, by submitting your Submission, You grant WRI a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, translate, publicly present, publicly display and distribute your Submission (including any portion or derivative thereof) in any form and by any means for any purpose whatsoever.

WRI may sublicense all or part of its rights and licenses or assign them to third parties.

Neither WRI nor any third party using your Submission in accordance with this agreement will be obligated to pay You any royalties or other compensation for use of your Submission.

You understand that Submissions may or may not appear in the System, now or in the future. Submissions not immediately used shall become a permanent part of WRI’s Repository libraries for possible future uses by WRI.

By submitting your Submission, You represent that You are of legal age and mental capacity to form a binding contract. Alternately, your parent or legal guardian may contact us to provide formal consent to this policy.

Should You share your Publisher ID with others for the purpose of submitting Submissions to the System, You agree that You are responsible both for ensuring that these Terms are conveyed to any such Submitters, and further agree that You are responsible for any breaches they might make thereto.

You understand and agree that You are solely responsible for reviewing these Terms from time to time. The most current version of these Terms will be available at https://resources.wolframcloud.com/publisher/publisher-agreement. Any continued use of the Repository by You after such amended Terms have been posted or information regarding such amendment has been sent to You shall be deemed Your consent and agreement to such amended Terms.
