Start a local secure server:

Connect to it using WSS. The automatically generated certificate is trusted in the same kernel session:

For a server with an untrusted certificate, peer verification can be disabled for local testing:

WebSocketConnect
["wss://localhost:30000","VerifyPeer"False]
Close the connection and server:
