LicDongleRotateWriteKey

LicDongleRotateWriteKey[handle,key]
replaces the dongle's write key with key.

Details and Options
▪
key is a P-256 private key in PKCS#8 DER form, as a ByteArray. From the next session onward only this key elevates the session.
▪
A dongle rotated to a key that is lost has to be re-provisioned; keep the key as you keep your license-signing key.
▪
LicDongleInfo[handle]["WriteAuthRotated"] is True afterwards.
▪
The call needs the write role; elevate the session with LicDongleAuthorizeWrite.
▪
On failure the result is Failure["LicDongleError", ...] with "Status" (the C status code), "Operation" and "Detail".
