	completes the chat starting with a list of messages.

	returns the specified property of the results.

OpenAIChatCompletion[promptSpec,{ prop 1 , prop 2 ,…}]
	returns a list of properties.

OpenAIChatCompletion[promptSpec, All ]
	returns an OpenAIChatCompletionObject containing all properties of the results.

OpenAIChatCompletion[promptSpec,propSpec,n]
	generates n completions.
