Sample Data: Pacific Walrus Haulouts

Congregations of Pacific walruses off the coast of U.S. and Russia, 1852-2016

Originator: U.S. Geological Survey

This dataset contains information on 150 locations where Pacific walruses frequently congregated along the Pacific coasts of the U.S. and Russia. For each haulout spot, information on the location, size, composition, and time of year of the haulout are recorded, along with distinguishing between haulouts with and without linear features.
